We are a mixed billing practice.

Our current fee schedule is on display in the reception area. Bulk billing is offered for DVA gold card holders.

Accounts must be settled at the time of consultation via cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. HIC online claiming is available to process your refund.

From 1 October 2023, it is voluntary and free to register in MyMedicare.

When you register in MyMedicare, it will notify your general practice that you have chosen them as your regular care team. Additional funding will be available from the government to help them provide the care you need.

Benefits to patients include:

• greater continuity of care with your registered practice, improving health outcomes
  
• longer Medicare Benefit Scheme (MBS) funded telehealth consultations with your GP
  
• triple bulk billing incentive for longer MBS telehealth consultations for children under 16, pensioners, and concession card holders, from 1 November 2023

To protect your privacy we operate strictly in accordance with the Act.

In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) all information collected by this practice is treated as “sensitive information”. With your permission we disclose selected relevant information to other Health Care Providers involved in your health care management.

If you require a copy or wish to transfer your records please ask the doctor or admin staff as appropriate. Fees may apply.
